No waiver of our rights. (a) No failure on our part to exercise and no delay on our part in exercising any right or remedy under this agreement will operate as a waiver of such right or remedy, nor will any single or partial exercise of any right or remedy preclude any other or further exercise of such right or remedy or the exercise of any other right or remedy.
(b) Any waiver by us of our rights or remedies in respect of any term of this agreement or any breach of this agreement on your part must be in writing and may be given subject to such terms and conditions as we may deem fit and is effective only in the instance and for the purpose for which it is given.
No waiver of our rights. If we fail to exercise any of our rights under this agreement, this will not be a waiver of our rights and will not prevent us from exercising them later.
No waiver of our rights. No course of dealing, delay or omission on our part in exercising any of our rights is a waiver by us of such rights or any other right. If we waive or otherwise fail to exercise any right, we may still insist on full enforcement in the future.

You and the business each agree that we may set off any amount that you or the business owe to us against any amounts that we owe to you and/or the business under any agreement.

No failure to exercise any of our rights under this Agreement, nor any forbearance or grant of any time or other indulgence or the exercise of any discretion or the grant of any waiver on any one occasion on our part shall operate in any way as a waiver, limitation, variation or restriction of our rights and will neither oblige us to act or omit to act in the same way nor prevent us from exercising them on any other occasion.
No waiver of our rights. Sometimes we may decide not to exercise a right we have under this Agreement, like charging you a fee, or we may decide to do something less than we are authorized to do under this Agreement, like charging a lesser fee than we are entitled to charge. If we do not exercise, or fully exercise a right of ours under this Agreement, we do not waive the right to exercise or fully exercise the right in the future. We can do all things permitted under this Agreement even if we did something differently one or more times in the past on a similar event or occurrence.
No waiver of our rights. 38.1 No forbearance, delay or failure on our part to exercise any power or right under these Terms and Conditions shall operate as a waiver of such power or right, nor shall any single or partial exercise of such power or right preclude any further exercise of that or any other power or right.
