No Option to Renew. Neither this Agreement nor the Physician-in- Training’s appointment hereunder constitute an option for the benefit of the Physician- in-Training to renew or extend the Physician-in-Training’s appointment or a benefit, promise, or other commitment that the Physician-in-Training will be appointed as a continuing student in the Program for a period beyond the termination date of this Agreement.
