Reappointment. In the event an ASF Member who has received severance pay is subsequently reappointed to a state university, future severance pay for the ASF Member shall be computed upon the individual’s unused sick leave balance accumulated since the reappointment.
Reappointment. In the event a faculty member who has received severance pay is subsequently reappointed to the Minnesota State Universities, future severance pay for that individual shall be computed based upon the difference between the amount of accumulated sick leave restored to the faculty member’s credit at the time of reemployment and the amount of unused sick leave at the time of the faculty member’s subsequent eligibility.
Reappointment. Except for unit members with soft money or non-renewable fixed length appointments, unit members who are reappointed beyond the probationary period shall receive a continuing appointment. Unit members with soft money or non-renewable fixed length appointments shall not be eligible for continuing appointment status.
Reappointment. Neither the GME Contract nor Resident’s appointment hereunder constitutes a benefit, promise, or other commitment that Resident will be appointed for a period beyond the termination date of the GME Contract. Reappointment and/or promotion to the next level of training is at the sole discretion of the Residency Program and is expressly contingent upon several factors, including:
(i) satisfactory completion of all training components;
(ii) the availability of a position;
(iii) satisfactory performance evaluations;
(iv) full compliance with the terms of the GME Contract;
(v) the continuation of UCMC’s and Residency Program’s accreditation by the ACGME;
(vi) UCMC’s financial ability; and
(vii) furtherance of the Residency Program’s objectives.
Reappointment. When a member is reappointed to a position in a rank the member previously held, the member's rate of pay shall be the Step immediately below the Step at which the member was paid at the time of separation, (or at the Step at which the member was paid at the time of separation in the case of Sergeant and above) unless he/she is required to complete the recruit training program. A member in the training academy will be paid the same rate as a Step A Police Officer. Upon graduation from the Academy, the member will be reappointed to a position in the rank previously held and the rate of pay shall be the Step immediately below the Step at which the member was paid at the time of separation. The member must meet the continuous service requirements for that Step before being advanced to the next Step in his/her rank; prior service in that Step will not be credited for this purpose.
Reappointment. At least nine (9) months (or such other period as they may agree in writing) prior to the expiry of the period of appointment specified in Clause 4, the Employing Authority and the Officer will enter into discussions with a view to reaching agreement as to whether the Officer shall be reappointed for a further period. Each party will advise the other no later than three (3) months (or such other period as they may agree in writing) prior to the expiry of the period of appointment specified in Clause 4 of their decision regarding matters referred to in 9(a). If an Officer terminates this contract before completing two (2) years’ service, the Officer will repay to the Employing Authority all expenses paid for the Officer’s relocation, and removal of personal household goods, from ......................................... to ............................................., Western Australia, unless otherwise determined by the Employing Authority.
Reappointment. Whenever an employee is reappointed to a position in a class where he/she previously held permanent status, his/her rate of pay shall be the step in the range at which he/she was paid at the time of his/her separation.
Reappointment. (i) An Employee with five (5) years' seniority or less shall be placed on a reappointment list for one (1) year. An Employee with more than five (5) years' seniority shall be placed on a reappointment list for two (2) years.
(ii) Should positions be reinstated in the individual’s previous department, reappointment shall be based on seniority, subject to the individual qualifying for an available assignment.
(iii) Should other term, probationary, or continuing positions become available in a department other than the individual's previous department, reappointment will be based on seniority amongst individuals eligible for reappointment who are deemed qualified for the position by the Xxxx in consultation with the faculty in the relevant department. In all cases, individuals eligible for reappointment have priority for available positions up to the individual's percentage of full-time employment at the time of lay-off.
(iv) When the qualifications concerning an assignment in the individual's previous department are in question, the adequacy of the qualifications shall be determined according to a process established by the parties to this Collective Agreement.
(v) When the qualifications concerning a position in another department are in question, the adequacy of the qualifications shall be determined by a committee with the membership stipulated in Clause 3.02.
Reappointment. An appointment from an eligible list of a person whose name has been restored to said list, said person previously having permanent status and separated from the City in good standing.
Reappointment. If it is found that staff numbers can be increased in a specific area, the President or delegate shall offer reappointment to those faculty members who are qualified for this area and who have been terminated within the previous two (2) years, in the reverse order of termination. Faculty members who are offered, and accept temporary and/or part-time employment shall not lose their rights of recall to a position equivalent to the position held prior to their termination.
