No Option to Renew. Neither this Contract nor the Resident’s appointment hereunder constitutes an option to renew or extend the Resident’s appointment to the Staff or Program, or a benefit, promise or other commitment that the Resident will be appointed to the Staff or Program for a period beyond the expiration or termination of this Contract.
