Common use of No Orders Clause in Contracts

No Orders. No Governmental Authority shall have enacted, issued, promulgated, enforced or entered any Applicable Law or Order (whether temporary, preliminary or permanent) which has the effect of making illegal or preventing or prohibiting the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

No Orders. No Governmental Authority shall have enacted, issued, promulgated, enforced or entered any Applicable Law statute, rule, regulation, executive order, decree, injunction or Order other order (whether temporary, preliminary or permanent) which is in effect and which has the effect of making the Merger illegal or preventing or otherwise prohibiting the consummation of the transactions Merger or any other transaction contemplated by this Agreementhereby.

No Governmental Authority of competent jurisdiction shall have enacted, issued, promulgated, enforced or entered any Applicable Law or Order (whether temporary, preliminary or permanent) which is in effect and which has the effect of making the Transactions illegal or preventing or otherwise prohibiting the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this AgreementTransactions.

No Governmental Authority shall have enacted, issued, promulgated, enforced or entered any Applicable Law or Order (whether temporary, preliminary or permanent) which has the effect of making illegal illegal, materially restricting or preventing or prohibiting the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this AgreementContemplated Transactions.

No Governmental Authority of competent authority and jurisdiction shall have enacted, issued, promulgated, enforced issued an Order or entered any Applicable Law or Order (whether temporary, preliminary or permanent) which has the enacted a Legal Requirement that remains in effect of making and makes illegal or preventing or prohibiting the consummation prohibits any of the transactions contemplated by this AgreementTransactions.

No Governmental Authority shall have enacted, issued, promulgated, enforced or entered any Applicable Law or Governmental Order (whether temporary, preliminary or permanent) which is in effect and has the effect of making illegal or preventing or prohibiting the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this AgreementAgreement illegal, otherwise restraining or prohibiting consummation of such transactions or causing any of the transactions contemplated hereunder to be rescinded following completion thereof.
