Common use of No Other Agreement to Purchase Clause in Contracts

No Other Agreement to Purchase. No Person has any written or oral agreement or option or any right or privilege (whether by law, pre-emptive or contractually) capable of becoming an agreement or option for the purchase or acquisition from such Corporate Vendor of any of the Special Shares.

No Other Agreement to Purchase. No Except for Purchaser's rights under this Agreement, and the Optionholders' rights under the Options, no Person has any written or oral agreement agreement, option or option warrant or any right or privilege (whether by lawLaw, pre-emptive or contractuallycontractual) capable of becoming an agreement such for (i) the purchase, subscription, allotment or option for issuance of unissued shares or securities of any Acquired Company, or (ii) the purchase or acquisition from such Corporate Vendor of any assets of any Acquired Company, other than in the Special SharesOrdinary Course.

No Other Agreement to Purchase. No Other than Purchaser's rights under this Agreement, no Person has any written or oral agreement agreement, option or option warrant or any right or privilege (whether by lawLaw, pre-emptive or contractuallycontractual) capable of becoming an agreement such for (i) the purchase, subscription, allotment or option for issuance of unissued shares or securities of any Acquired Company, or (ii) the purchase or acquisition from such Corporate Vendor of any assets of any Acquired Company, other than in the Special SharesOrdinary Course.
