No Other Amendment; Conflict. Except as set forth in this Fourth Amendment, the provisions of the Purchase Agreement shall remain in full force. If any provision of this Fourth Amendment conflicts with any provision of the Purchase Agreement, then the provisions of this Fourth Amendment shall prevail.
