Common use of No Other Amendments, Waivers or Consents Clause in Contracts

No Other Amendments, Waivers or Consents. Except for the amendments, waivers and consents set forth above, the text of the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect, and the Arrangers, the Syndication Agent, the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent and the Credit Parties hereby reserve the right to require strict compliance with the terms of the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents, including, without limitation, all terms applicable to Subsidiaries of the Borrower, in the future.
