Common use of No Other Business Clause in Contracts

The Issuer shall not engage in any business other than financing, acquiring, owning and pledging the Receivables in the manner contemplated by this Indenture and the other Transaction Documents, issuing the Notes pursuant to the terms hereof and the Certificate pursuant to the terms of the Trust Agreement and activities incidental thereto.

No Other Business. The Issuer shall not engage in (i) any business other than financing, acquiringpurchasing, owning owning, selling and pledging managing the Receivables in the manner contemplated by this Indenture and the other Transaction Documents, issuing the Notes pursuant to the terms hereof Basic Documents and the Certificate pursuant to the terms activities incidental thereto or (ii) any other business or activities as contemplated by Section 1.03 of the Trust Agreement and activities incidental theretoAgreement.

The Issuer shall not engage in any business other than financing, acquiringpurchasing, owning owning, selling, managing and pledging enforcing the Receivables Loans and Related Property, including through any subsidiaries permitted pursuant to Section 5.10 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement, in the manner contemplated by this Indenture and the other Transaction DocumentsDocuments and all activities incidental thereto, issuing the Notes pursuant to the terms hereof and the Trust Certificate pursuant to the terms of and as otherwise expressly permitted in the Trust Agreement and activities incidental theretoor the other Transaction Documents.

The Issuer shall not engage in any business other than as set forth with respect thereto in the Trust Agreement and other than financing, acquiringpurchasing, owning and pledging selling and managing the Receivables Mortgage Loans and the issuance of the Certificates in the manner contemplated by this Indenture and the other Transaction Documents, issuing the Notes pursuant to the terms hereof Basic Documents and the Certificate pursuant to the terms of the Trust Agreement and all activities incidental thereto.

No Other Business. The Issuer shall not engage in any business other than financing, acquiringpurchasing, owning owning, selling, managing and pledging the Receivables in the manner contemplated by this Indenture and the other Transaction Documents, issuing the Notes pursuant to the terms hereof and the Certificate pursuant to the terms of the Trust Agreement Basic Documents and activities incidental thereto.

No Other Business. The Issuer shall not engage in any business or activity other than financing, acquiring, owning holding and pledging managing the Receivables Collateral and the proceeds therefrom in the manner contemplated by this Indenture and the other Transaction Basic Documents, issuing the Notes pursuant to the terms hereof and the Certificate pursuant Certificates, making payments on the Notes and the Certificates and such other activities that are necessary, suitable or convenient to accomplish the terms foregoing or are incidental thereto, as set forth in Section 2.3 of the Trust Agreement Agreement, including entering into and activities incidental theretomaking payments under any Specified Support Arrangements.

No Other Business. No Other Business. The Issuer shall not engage in any business other than financing, acquiring, owning and pledging the Receivables Contracts in the manner contemplated by this Indenture and the other Transaction Documents, issuing the Notes pursuant to the terms hereof and the Certificate pursuant to the terms of the Trust Agreement Documents and activities incidental thereto.
