Borrower shall not, and shall not permit its Subsidiaries to, engage in any material respects in any business activity or operations other than operations or activities (a) in the poultry industry, (b) in the processing, packaging, distribution, and wholesale sales of poultry products, or (c) which are not substantially different from or are related to its present business activities or operations.
