Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Co-Lead Arrangers, Co-Book Running Managers, Syndication Agents, Agent or Co-Documentation Agents or Senior Managing Agents listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its their capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, a Lender or the L/C Issuer hereunderan Issuing Bank.

No Other Duties, Etc. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the ArrangersArranger, Co-Syndication Agents, Co-Documentation Agents Agent or Senior Managing Agents Book Manager listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender or the L/C Issuer hereunderIssuer.

No Other Duties, Etc. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the ArrangersLead Arranger, Book Manager, Co-Syndication AgentsAgent, Co-Documentation Agents Agent, or Senior Managing Agents Agent listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Credit Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, the Operations Agent or a Lender or the L/C Issuer hereunderBank.

No Other Duties, Etc. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the “Joint Lead Arrangers”, “Joint Book Managers”, “Documentation Agents” or “Co-Syndication Agents, Co-Documentation Agents or Senior Managing Agents ” listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender or the L/C Issuer hereunder.

Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Arrangers, Co-Syndication Agents, Co-Documentation Agents or Senior Managing Agents Book Managers listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, Collateral Agent, a Lender or the L/C Issuer hereunder.

Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Arrangers, Co-Syndication Agents, Co-Documentation Agents or Senior Managing Agents listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender or the L/C Issuer Issuing Bank hereunder.

Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Arrangers, Co-Syndication Agents, Co-Documentation Agents or Senior Managing Co-Syndication Agents listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender or the L/C Issuer hereunder.
