No Other Duties, Etc. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Bookrunners or Arrangers listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as an Agent, the Administrative Collateral Agent, a Lender or the L/C Issuer hereunder.

No Other Duties, Etc. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Bookrunners Bookrunners, Arrangers or Arrangers any Lender holding a title listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender or the L/C Issuer hereunder.

No Other Duties, Etc. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Bookrunners or Arrangers Bookrunners, Lead Arranger, Joint Lead Arranger listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender or the L/C Issuer an Issuing Lender hereunder.

No Other Duties, Etc. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the any Bookrunners or Arrangers listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Credit Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender or the L/C Issuer hereunder.

Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Bookrunners Arrangers, and none of the Book Manager, Arrangers, Syndication Agent or Arrangers Documentation Agent listed on the cover page hereof hereof, shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender or the L/C Issuer hereunder.
