Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Joint Lead Arrangers, Arrangers or Co-Syndication Agent, Documentation Agents or other agents listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Credit Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Agent or an Administrative Agent, a Lender or the L/C Issuer hereunder.
