No Other Duties, Etc. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, neither any Joint Bookrunner nor any person named on the cover page hereof as a Joint Bookrunner or a Syndication Agent shall have any powers, duties, responsibilities or liabilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender or an Issuing Bank hereunder but all such parties shall be entitled to the benefits of this Article VIII.

Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, neither any none of the Administrative Agent, Joint Bookrunner nor any person named Bookrunners or Joint Lead Arrangers listed on the cover page hereof as a Joint Bookrunner or a Syndication Agent Amendment No. 1 Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners shall have any powers, duties, duties or responsibilities or liabilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, Agent or a Lender or an Issuing Bank hereunder but all such parties shall be entitled to the benefits of this Article VIIIhereunder.

Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, neither any none of the Joint Bookrunner nor any person named Bookrunners, Joint Lead Arrangers, Co-Documentation Agents or Co-Syndication Agents listed on the cover page hereof as a Joint Bookrunner or a Syndication Agent shall have any powers, duties, duties or responsibilities or liabilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Credit Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender or an the Issuing Bank hereunder but all such parties shall be entitled to the benefits of this Article VIIIhereunder.

No Other Duties, Etc. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, neither any none of the “Joint Bookrunner nor any person named Bookrunners”, “Joint Lead Arrangers” or “Co-Syndication Agents” listed on the cover page hereof as a Joint Bookrunner or a Syndication Agent shall have any powers, duties, duties or responsibilities or liabilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender, an Issuing Lender or an Issuing Bank hereunder but all such parties shall be entitled to the benefits of this Article VIIISwingline Lender hereunder.

No Other Duties, Etc. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, neither any Joint Bookrunner nor any person named none of the joint book runners, Arrangers or other Agents listed on the cover page hereof as a Joint Bookrunner or a Syndication Agent shall have any powers, duties, duties or responsibilities or liabilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, Swing Line Lender or a Lender or an Issuing Bank hereunder but all such parties shall be entitled to the benefits of this Article VIIIhereunder.

No Other Duties, Etc. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, neither any Joint none of the Syndication Agent, Co-Lead Arrangers or Sole Bookrunner nor any person named listed on the cover page hereof as a Joint Bookrunner or a Syndication Agent shall have any powers, duties, duties or responsibilities or liabilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender or an the Issuing Bank hereunder but all such parties shall be entitled to the benefits of this Article VIIILender hereunder.
