Common use of No Other Employment or Compensation Clause in Contracts

No Other Employment or Compensation. Executive (x) represents and warrants to Playa Management and the other Playa Affiliates that, and (y) agrees that during the Employment Period, (a) he is not and shall not be a party to any employment agreement or directly or indirectly involved in any employment or consulting arrangement or relationship with Playa Management or any other Playa Affiliate, except for this Agreement and as expressly permitted hereunder, and (b) he is not and shall not be directly or indirectly receiving any compensation, fees or payments of any other kind in exchange for any employment, consulting or other services provided to Playa Management or any other Playa Affiliate, except as provided under this Agreement and as expressly permitted hereunder.

Executive (x) represents and warrants to Playa Management Resorts and the other Playa Affiliates that, and (y) agrees that during the Employment Period, (a) he is not and shall not be a party to any employment agreement or directly or indirectly involved in any employment or consulting arrangement or relationship with Playa Management Resorts or any other Playa Affiliate, except for this Agreement and as expressly permitted hereunder, and (b) he is not and shall not be directly or indirectly receiving any compensation, fees or payments of any other kind in exchange for any employment, consulting or other services provided to Playa Management Resorts or any other Playa Affiliate, except as provided under this Agreement and as expressly permitted hereunder.
