No Other Employment or Compensation. Executive (x) represents and warrants to Flora Management and the other Flora Affiliates that, and (y) agrees that during the Employment Period, (a) he is not and shall not be a party to any employment agreement or directly or indirectly involved in any employment or consulting arrangement or relationship with Flora Management or any other Flora Affiliate, except for this Agreement and as expressly permitted hereunder, and (b) he is not and shall not be directly or indirectly receiving any compensation, fees or payments of any other kind in exchange for any employment, consulting or other services provided to Flora Management or any other Flora Affiliate, except as provided under this Agreement and as expressly permitted hereunder.
