Common use of No Other Employment Clause in Contracts

No Other Employment. Throughout the Term, Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, render services to any other person or organization for which the Executive receives compensation (excluding volunteer services and reasonable compensation involved in serving as a director on any board of directors) without the consent of the President or otherwise engage in activities which would interfere significantly with the performance of Executive's duties hereunder.

No Other Employment. Throughout the TermPeriod, Executive shall notnot render services, directly or indirectly, render services to any other person or organization for which the Executive he receives compensation (excluding volunteer services and reasonable compensation involved in serving as a director on any board of directors) without the consent of the President Board of Directors of the Company or otherwise engage in activities which that would interfere significantly with the faithful or competent performance of Executive's his duties hereunder.

Throughout For so long as Executive is employed by the TermCompany, Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, render services to any other person or organization for which he receives compensation without the prior approval of the Executive’s direct supervisor. No such approval will be required if the Executive receives seeks to perform inconsequential services without direct compensation (excluding volunteer services and reasonable compensation involved therefore in serving as a director on any board EXECUTION connection with the management of directors) without the consent of the President personal investments or otherwise engage in activities which would interfere significantly connection with the performance of Executive's duties hereundercharitable and civic activities, provided that such activities do not contravene the provisions of Section 6 hereof.

Executive may perform inconsequential services without direct compensation therefor in connection with the management of personal investments, provided that such activity does not contravene the provisions of section 5 hereof.

No Other Employment. Throughout the Term, Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, render services to any other person or organization for which the Executive he receives compensation (excluding volunteer services and reasonable compensation involved in serving as a director on any board of directorsor outside Board activities with modest time commitments) without the prior consent of the President Chief Executive Officer or otherwise engage in activities which would interfere significantly with the performance of Executive's his duties hereunder.
