Re-employment. An employee who resigns their position and within 90 days is re-employed, will be granted a leave of absence without pay covering those days absent and will retain all previous rights in relation to seniority and benefits subject to any benefit plan eligibility requirements.

Re-employment. (a) A regular employee who voluntarily resigns his/her employment and within ninety (90) days is re-hired as a regular employee by the same Employer shall retain, effective the date of re-employment, their former seniority, accumulated sick leave and years of service for vacation purposes.

Re-employment. For purposes of accrual of benefits, employees covered by this agreement who are re-employed will be treated as newly hired except that an employee who has been laid off because of lack of funds or curtailment of work and who is re- employed within twenty-four months (plus a twelve month extension if requested) shall be entitled to previously accrued benefits and placement on the salary schedule which he/she had at the time of layoff.
