Common use of No Other Grant of Rights Clause in Contracts

No Other Grant of Rights. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as the grant of any right or license, express or implied, in or to any patent right, Know-how or other intellectual property right owned or controlled by Ramot or TAU, other then the Ramot Technology and Joint Technology. Other than as specifically set forth in Section 5, the Company and its Sublicensees shall not have, and shall not be entitled to grant, directly or indirectly, to any person or entity, any right of whatever nature under, or with respect to, or permitting any use or exploitation of the Ramot Technology or the Joint Technology. Without in any way limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Company and Sublicensees shall not have any right under the Ramot Technology or Joint Technology to develop, manufacture, market or sell products or services other than Products in the Field.

Other than as specifically set forth in Section 5, the Company Company, its Affiliates and its Sublicensees shall not have, and shall not be entitled to grant, directly or indirectly, to any person or entity, any right of whatever nature under, or with respect to, or permitting any use or exploitation of the Ramot Technology or the Joint Technology. Without in any way limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Company and Sublicensees shall not have any right under the Ramot Technology or Joint Technology to develop, manufacture, market or sell products or services other than Products in the FieldProducts.
