No Other Interests. The Trustee shall not permit the creation of any “interests” in REMIC I, REMIC II, REMIC III, REMIC IV, REMIC V or REMIC VI (within the meaning of Section 860G of the Code) other than the REMIC I Regular Interests, the REMIC II Regular Interests, the REMIC III Regular Interests, the Class L6-SW Regular Interest and the interests represented by the Certificates.
