No other licence. Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, no licence is granted and none shall be deemed granted by implication, estoppel or otherwise.
No other licence. It is acknowledged and agreed that no licence is granted by CIMYM to Oncoscience other than the licence(s) expressly granted by the provisions of this Clause 6. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing CIMYM reserves all rights under the Licensed Intellectual Property in the CIMYM Field and Territory.
No other licence. The Customer acknowledges that all Intellectual Property Rights in the Licensed Products shall belong to AUTOADDRESS or to a third party which has licenced same to AUTOADDRESS. The Customer has no rights in or to the Licensed Products other than the right to use it in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
No other licence. It is acknowledged and agreed that no licence is granted by the Owner to the Licensee other than the licence expressly granted by the provisions of this clause 2.
No other licence. No licence is granted by CUTS to the Licensee other than any licence expressly granted by the provisions of this clause 2.
No other licence. It is acknowledged and agreed that no licence is granted by CUTS to the Licensee other than the licence(s) expressly granted by the provisions of this Clause 2. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing CUTS reserves all rights under the Patents and Antibodies outside the Field.
No other licence. It is acknowledged and agreed that except for the licence(s) expressly granted by the provisions of this Clause 4, Xenova reserves all its rights. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing Xenova reserves all rights under the Xenova Intellectual Property outside the Field. It is understood and agreed that under regulatory GCP Xenova will be required to retain archive samples of Xenova Materials and archive originals or copies of Xenova Know-how. For the avoidance of doubt, no rights are granted under this Agreement in the Haematology Indications.
No other licence. Except for the rights expressly set out in this Licence, no licence is granted and all rights (including Intellectual Property Rights), title, interest in and to MACRO Map in all formats and media throughout the world now or hereafter are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Licensor and other rights holders. Licensee shall inform Licensor promptly if it becomes aware of any infringement or potential infringement of any Intellectual Property Rights in MACRO Map. The Licence does not include the provision of support or training for the use of the MACRO Map, except for basic technical or use queries. Any further support is available on request to Xx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, School of Arts, at the University of Kent. Such additional support may be subject to a separate agreement specific to the support agreed. Any issues encountered with the MACRO Map should be reported to Xx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, School of Arts.
No other licence. It is acknowledged and agreed that no licence is granted by Royal Free to Bioenvision other than the licence(s) expressly granted by the provisions of this clause 2. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing Royal Free reserves all rights under the Patents and Know-how outside the Field.
No other licence. It is acknowledged and agreed that no licence is granted by Revolution Viewing to the Client other than the licence expressly granted by the provisions of this clause
