Grant of Licence Concession de licence. Subject to the observance by Customer of the terms and conditions of the Agreement and this Subscription Licences Addendum, AvePoint hereby grants to Cus- tomer and Customer hereby agrees to pay for a non- exclusive, non-transferable (except as set forth in sec. 12.5 of the Agreement) licence to use the Licenced Property solely for Customer's Internal Use in accord- ance with the limitations as set forth below and on the Product and Licensing Addendum (the “Subscription Licence”):
