There is no other matter of which the Vendors are or ought to be aware on reasonable enquiry and which adversely affects the value of any of the Premises or casts any doubt on the right or title of the Company to those Premises or its use of those Premises for its business which should be revealed to a Purchaser of the Shares of the Company or other person entering into this Agreement.
