NO OTHER OBLIGATION; NO LICENSE. This Agreement shall not be construed, by implication or otherwise, as an obligation to enter into any further agreement relating to the Confidential Information or as the grant of a license or other ownership rights other than to use the Confidential Information for the Purpose. Confidential Information disclosed by a Disclosing Party to a Recipient, as well as any right which could result from such Confidential Information, remains the exclusive property of that Disclosing Party.
