No Other Owned Hospitals. Except as described on Schedule 5.1(j), no Magellan Subsidiary owns or operates any Hospital other than the Hospitals operated using the assets which are being contributed or sold pursuant to this Agreement.

No Other Activities The Issuer will not engage in activities other than financing, acquiring, owning and pledging the Trust Property as described in the Transaction Documents and activities incidental to those activities.
No Other Obligations The benefits payable to Executive under this Agreement are not in lieu of any benefits payable under any employee benefit plan, program or arrangement of the Company, except as specifically provided herein, and Executive will receive such benefits or payments, if any, as he may be entitled to receive pursuant to the terms of such plans, programs and arrangements. Except for the obligations of the Company provided by the foregoing and this Section 5, the Company shall have no further obligations to Executive upon his termination of employment.
No Other Agreements No Employee(s) shall be required or permitted to make any written or verbal agreement with the Employer or its representatives, which conflict with the terms of this Agreement.
No Other Subsidiaries Except as described in Sections 1(i), 1(j), 1(k), 1(l), 1(m) and 1(n), none of the Partnership Entities own or, on the Closing Date or any settlement date, will own, directly or indirectly, any equity or long-term debt securities of any corporation, partnership, limited liability company, joint venture, association or other entity.

No Other Relationship The Underwriters have been retained solely to act as an underwriter in connection with the sale of Offered Securities and that no fiduciary, advisory or agency relationship between the Company and the Underwriters has been created in respect of any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or the Prospectus, irrespective of whether any Underwriter has advised or is advising the Company on other matters;
Services to Other Clients Nothing herein contained shall limit the freedom of the Adviser or any affiliated person of the Adviser to render investment management and administrative services to other investment companies, to act as investment adviser or investment counselor to other persons, firms or corporations, or to engage in other business activities.
No Other Services The execution of this Agreement does not constitute a request for, nor agreement to provide Energy, any Ancillary Services or Installed Capacity under the NYISO Market Administration and Control Area Services Tariff (“Services Tariff”). If Developer wishes to supply Energy, Installed Capacity or Ancillary Services, then Developer will make application to do so in accordance with the NYISO Services Tariff.
No Other Agreement No employee covered by this Agreement shall be required or permitted to make a written or oral agreement with the Employer or its representatives which may conflict with the terms of this Agreement.
No Other Interests To the best of Borrower’s knowledge after due inquiry and investigation, no Person has (a) any possessory interest in the Mortgaged Property or right to occupy the Mortgaged Property except under and pursuant to the provisions of existing Leases by and between tenants and Borrower (a form of residential lease having been previously provided to Lender together with the material terms of any and all Non-Residential Leases at the Mortgaged Property), or (b) an option to purchase the Mortgaged Property or an interest in the Mortgaged Property, except as has been disclosed to and approved in writing by Lender.
