No other Participant. Any other Participant entitled to a top heavy minimum allocation under Section 3.04(B), but such Participant's allocation under this Option (g) will not exceed 3% of his Compensation for the Plan Year. As a second tier allocation, the Advisory Committee will allocate the nonelective contributions in the same ratio that each Participant's Excess Compensation for the Plan Year bears to the total Excess Compensation of all Participants for the Plan Year.
