No Other Right or Interest. Except as expressly provided in this Article 5, Master Tenant has no right or interest in any property, facility or improvement of Master Landlord or otherwise, and Master Tenant expressly disclaims any such right or interest. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Article 4, Master Landlord has no responsibility or obligation whatsoever to furnish any services or facilities to Master Tenant or to the Master Premises, to make any repairs or alterations in or to the Master Premises, or to make any payment or reimbursement to Master Tenant or for the benefit of the Master Premises.
