No Other Right to Require or Make Withdrawals. LRC may not withdraw or require any withdrawal of Collateral from any account or deposit account pledged hereunder, including the Deposit Accounts, except as expressly provided in the preceding subparagraphs of this Paragraph 5. LRC acknowledges that it will have no check writing privileges or line of credit or credit card privileges under any such pledged account or deposit account, including the Deposit Accounts.
