No Other Rights to Terminate. (a) Project Co shall have no right or entitlement to terminate this Project Agreement, nor to accept any repudiation of this Project Agreement, and shall not exercise, nor purport to exercise, any such right or entitlement except as expressly set forth in this Project Agreement.
