Common use of No Other Termination Benefits Clause in Contracts

No Other Termination Benefits. The Executive understands and agrees that the termination payments and benefits described in Section 2.2 constitute all of the payments and benefits to which he (or his estate or beneficiary) will be or become entitled to receive in case of termination of his employment, and that such payments and benefits are in lieu of any and all other payments and benefits of every kind or description to which he may be entitled, including, without limitation, the right to receive a bonus payment or any portion thereof. Any accrued but unpaid vacation compensation shall be payable upon termination of employment.
