Common use of No Other Termination Clause in Contracts

No Other Termination. Despite any law or rule to the contrary: (a) neither party may terminate or has any right to terminate or obtain any order with the effect of terminating this agreement; and (b) this agreement will not terminate, be frustrated (whether at common law or by statute), be repudiated or taken to have been repudiated for any reason, except in accordance with clauses 12.1, 12.2 and 12.3 of this agreement.
