No Other Transfer by Issuer. Except for the assignment described in Section 6.1, the Issuer will not sell, assign, transfer or convey its rights, title or interests in this Lease, or the Leased Property, or its obligations under this Lease. The parties agree that the Company will be entitled to injunctive relief and specific performance (in addition to any other remedies available to it at law or in equity) to enforce the provisions of this Section 6.2.

  • Other Transfers (a) Upon receipt of Proper Instructions, the Custodian shall transfer to or receive from a third party that has been appointed to serve as an additional custodian of one or more Portfolios (an "Additional Custodian") securities, cash and other assets of such Portfolio(s) in accordance with such Proper Instructions. Each Additional Custodian shall be identified as such on Appendix "B", as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the provisions of Section 9.06(c) hereof.

  • Other Transmission Rights Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, nothing herein shall be construed as relinquishing or foreclosing any rights, including but not limited to firm transmission rights, capacity rights, or transmission congestion rights that the Developer shall be entitled to, now or in the future under any other agreement or tariff as a result of, or otherwise associated with, the transmission capacity, if any, created by the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades.

  • Other transactions The transactions contemplated by the Sale and Servicing Agreement to be consummated on the Closing Date shall be consummated on such date.

  • Our Liability for Failure to Make Transfers If we do not complete a transfer to or from your account on time or in the correct amount according to our agreement with you, we will be liable for your losses or damages. If a notice of error involves an electronic fund transfer that occurred within thirty (30) days after the first deposit to the account was made, the error involves a new account. For errors involving new accounts, point ofsale debit card transactions, or foreign-initiated transactions, we may take up to ninety (90) days to investigate your complaint or question. For new accounts, we may take up to twenty (20) business days to credit your account for the amount you think is in error. We will tell you the results within three (3) business days after completing our investigation. If we decide that there was no error, we will send you a written explanation. You may ask for copies of the documents that we used in our investigation.

  • Purchase by Assignee The Assignee reserves the right to bid for the property whether by itself or its agent or the Auctioneer (without payment of any deposit whatsoever). In the event the Assignee is declared the Purchaser, then the purchase price or so much as is applicable shall be set off against the indebtedness owing to the Assignee under the loan and security documentation on the date of sale, plus costs and expenses for the sale or incidental thereto.

  • AGREEMENT NOT TRANSFERRABLE TO OTHER FACILITIES This agreement is valid for only the residential facilities assigned to the Student.   • RESIDENCY RIGHTS NEITHER SHARABLE NOR TRANSFERABLE BY RESIDENTS Residence accommodations, including bedroom space, shared common areas (such as living rooms and bathrooms) and shared community facilities (such as floor community rooms and laundries) may only be occupied by the resident to whom the room is assigned. Residence accommodations shall not be shared with any other individual not officially assigned to that residence by UCF DHRL, and may not be sublet, assigned, or in any way transferred by the Student.
