No Other Understandings. This Agreement, consisting of five (5) pages plus Exhibits A and B, constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties, and is binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, personal or legal representatives, successors and/or assigns. This Agreement may be amended only by a written agreement signed by the Company and Employee. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, including facsimile, PDF, or photocopy counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original but all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same Agreement.
No Other Understandings. I acknowledge that UDAC has no promise to induce execution of this Agreement and that there are no other agreements or understandings, either oral or in writing, affecting this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall be considered a waiver by UDAC of any existing of future defaults by me of any Security Agreement or Obligation.
No Other Understandings. This Agreement consisting of eleven (11) pages, constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties with respect to its subject matter, and is binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, personal or legal representatives, successors and/or assigns, provided that nothing herein shall excuse you from complying with, or limit in any way your obligation under any policy or agreement with the Company regarding trade secrets, confidential or proprietary information, intellectual property, pricing strategies or methodologies, or other restrictive covenants. This Agreement may be amended only by a written agreement signed by you and the Company.
No Other Understandings. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties, and is binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, personal or legal representatives, successors and/or assigns. Employee is not relying on any other agreements or oral representations not addressed in this document including any attached disclosure. This Agreement may be amended only by a written agreement signed by the Company and Employee.
No Other Understandings. I acknowledge that the Chrysler Capital have made no promises to induce execution of this Agreement and that there are no other agreements or understandings, either oral or in writing, affecting this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed a waiver by the Chrysler Capital Parties of any existing or future defaults by me of any Security Agreement or Obligation.

I acknowledge that the Ally Parties have made no promise to induce execution of this Agreement and that there are no other agreements or understandings, either oral or in writing, affecting this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall be considered a waiver by Ally of any existing or future defaults by me of any Security Agreement or Obligation.
