Common use of No Partnership/Agency Clause in Contracts

No Partnership/Agency. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating a partnership or joint venture between the Lessee and the Lessor. Neither party will be deemed to be an agent of the other party as a result of any act under or related to this Agreement, and will not in any way pledge the other Party's credit or incur any obligation on behalf of the other Party.
