Common use of No Partnership or Employment Clause in Contracts

No Partnership or Employment. Nothing in this Contract shall be construed as creating a partnership or as a contract of employment between the Authority or a Related Organisation and the Contractor. Save as expressly provided otherwise in this Contract, the Contractor shall not be, or be deemed to be, an agent of the Authority or a Related Organisation and the Contractor shall not hold itself out as having authority or power to bind the Authority or a Related Organisation in any way. Without limitation to its actual knowledge, the Contractor shall for all purposes of this Contract, be deemed to have such knowledge in respect of the Contract as is held (or ought reasonably to be held) by any Contractor Related Party.
