Licensee acknowledges that Textron has notified Licensee that Textron has no authority to bind RIAC and that this Agreement or a summary of the arrangement contemplated thereby may need to be submitted to RIAC and to Federal and State authorities for review and approval in accordance with applicable law and provisions of this Agreement.
