Contractor represents, warrants and covenants that neither Contractor, Contractor’s Personnel, nor any of its Affiliates, nor any employee of either, nor any member of the immediate family of any such employee, has paid or agreed to pay any person or entity, other than bona fide employees working solely for Contractor or such Affiliates or any Subcontractors, any fee, commission, percentage, brokerage fee, gift or any other consideration, that is contingent upon or resulting from the award or execution of this Agreement.
