Performance Pay. In accordance with Section 8 of the General Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2020-2021, contingent upon the availability of funds and at the Agency Head’s discretion, each agency is authorized to grant merit pay increases based on the employee’s exemplary performance, as evidenced by a performance evaluation conducted pursuant to Rule 60L-35, Florida Administrative Code.
Performance Pay. 1. City may grant an Exceptional Merit Cash Payment to any employee at “E” Step who meets standards on their most recent Performance Evaluation within the Units represented by Union. It is understood and expressly agreed to by the Parties to this Memorandum that any employee receiving a payment under this provision does not acquire any future rights to receive any future payment of salary beyond the employee’s base salary.
2. The Appointing Authority may grant an employee who meets standards on their recent Performance Report up to three days special leave with pay in recognition of a specific instance of exceptional performance.
Performance Pay. In accordance with the authority provided in the Fiscal Year 2019-2020 General Appropriations Act, contingent upon the availability of funds and at the Agency Head’s discretion, each agency is authorized to grant merit pay increases based on the employee’s exemplary performance, as evidenced by a performance evaluation conducted pursuant to Rule 60L-35, F.A.C.
Performance Pay. Administrative Officers Level 6 shall be eligible for performance pay in a manner determined by the parties.
Performance Pay. 1. Teachers who qualify for performance pay shall be paid in accordance with the Performance Pay schedule in Appendix C.
2. A committee made up of representatives of DTU and the Employer shall convene by September 12, 2005 to develop a new plan for supplements for members of the bargaining unit at Lackawanna, Grand Park, and Xxxxxxxxxx.

Performance Pay a. Payment for the salary increment designated by the Salary Schedule shall not be implemented until negotiated and determined in accordance with Chapter 447, Florida Statutes in conformance with the grandfathered salary schedule, Appendix A. No annual salary adjustment shall be granted to a teacher on the grandfathered schedule that receives a summative evaluation rating of unsatisfactory or needs improvement for the prior school year.
b. Implementation of state mandated performance pay requirements
i. Performance salary schedule Pursuant to section 1012.22(1)(c)5, Florida Statutes, all teachers subject to annual contract on or after July 1, 2014, are placed on the district performance pay salary schedule and paid in conformance with Appendix A. All other teachers shall be subject to the grandfathered salary schedule. All teachers that would be subject to the grandfathered schedule shall have the opportunity to transition to the district performance pay schedule during a window of time established by the district that shall be 14 calendar days at the start of each fiscal year. Any teacher on the grandfathered schedule that elects to transition to the performance salary schedule shall be placed at the salary then in effect for that teacher under the grandfathered schedule.
ii. Applicable factor Performance pay methodology
i. Number of teachers eligible for salary adjustment
Performance Pay. The Superintendent will conduct a performance evaluation of the Director each Contract year. Based on the outcome of the evaluation, the Director shall be eligible for a one- time performance payment in an amount not to exceed 2% of the current Director’s salary. Such payment shall be made at the end of a Contract year. The determination of the amount, if any, of performance pay for a Contract year shall be made by the Superintendent, and such determination shall be final.
Performance Pay a. When a volunteer firefighter’s attendance at regular scheduled training exceeds the percentage indicated below, a one-time payment will be made for that calendar year as follows:

When a volunteer firefighter’s attendance at alarms for their assigned Station exceeds the percentage indicated below, a one-time payment will be made for that calendar year as follows: These payments shall be made by March 1st of the following calendar year. The parties agree to strike a committee to discuss opportunities for service pay and recognition for service, in lieu of the aforementioned Performance Pay.
Performance Pay. 31.01 (a) Effective January 1, 2010 (for performance pay covering year 2009), an annual fund of $600,000 will be established by the Employer and distributed equally among those employees who, on December 31st of each year, have been at the maximum of their range for at least one full year (12 months) and who have received at least an “exceeded majority” rating in their performance review for the year.
