No Personal Interest. Executive shall not have any personal interest, direct or indirect, in any supplier of, or in any transaction between, any supplier and Company.

Executive shall not have any personal interest, direct or indirect, in any supplier ofsupplier, vendor or client of Company, its affiliates or subsidiaries, including Paycom or Sentinel or in any transaction between, any supplier supplier, vendor or client and Company, its affiliates or subsidiaries, including Paycom or Sentinel; provided, however, that this shall not apply to Executive's ownership of the Existing Businesses.
