NO PERSONAL LIABILITY OF THE LANDLORD. It is specifically agreed that the obligations of Landlord under this Lease do not constitute personal obligations of Landlord and that Tenant shall not seek recourse against the personal assets of Landlord for satisfaction of any liability with respect to this Lease.
