No Plumbing Obstructions. No Tenant Party will put liquids or other materials or substances into the lavatories or other plumbing fixtures that may cause damage to the plumbing. Tenant will pay to repair all damage to plumbing fixture or appliances from misuse by a Tenant Party or customer or invitee of Tenant.
