Common use of No Police Authority Clause in Contracts

No Police Authority. Unless Agency is from a municipality located in the State of Wisconsin, Agency Personnel may not act with the arrest or other police authority of a law enforcement officer of any Wisconsin law enforcement agency pursuant to Wis. Stat. 175.46. Except as provided in this Section 8.1, the services to be provided by Agency Personnel shall be limited to security detail in accordance with the procedures and assignments that shall be provided by City MPD.
