Common use of No Postpetition Interest on Claims Clause in Contracts

No Postpetition Interest on Claims. Unless otherwise specifically provided for in the Plan or the Confirmation Order, postpetition interest shall not accrue or be paid on any Claims against the Debtors, and no Holder of a Claim against the Debtors shall be entitled to interest accruing on or after the Petition Date on any such Claim, provided that the treatments under the Plan of Prepetition Credit Agreement Claims and Secured First Lien Notes Claims take into account their respective rights to postpetition interest. Additionally, and without limiting the foregoing, and except as otherwise set forth in the Plan, interest shall not accrue or be paid on any Disputed Claim with respect to the period from the Effective Date to the date a final Plan Distribution is made on account of such Disputed Claim, if and when such Disputed Claim becomes an Allowed Claim.
