No Prejudice to Other Security. The Lender may take guarantees or securities from other Persons, or grant time, renewals, extensions, indulgences, releases and discharges to the Borrower and other Persons, relating to the Indebtedness or the Obligations secured by this Mortgage, without prejudicing the rights and remedies of the Lender under this Mortgage.
No Prejudice to Other Security. Nothing contained in this Deed is intended to, or shall operate so as to, prejudice or affect any guarantee, indemnity or other security of any kind whatsoever which the Collateral Agent may have for the Secured Indebtedness or any right, remedy or privilege of the Collateral Agent thereunder.
