No Premature Assumption of Control. Nothing contained in this Section 6.1 shall give Buyer any right to control the programming, operations, or any other matter relating to the Station prior to the Closing Date, and Seller shall have complete control of the programming, operations, and all other matters relating to the Station up to the time of the Closing.
