Company and Borrowers shall not make, and shall not permit any of its or their Restricted Subsidiaries to make, any voluntary or optional payment on Subordinated Indebtedness or to make any Restricted Payment to Holdings to permit Holdings to make any voluntary or optional payment on Subordinated Indebtedness, except in each case as permitted under Section 8.5.
