No Press Release. Save as required by the Applicable Laws, the Contractor shall not issue any press release in relation to the matters contemplated under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Company (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed) as to both the content and the timing of the issue of the press release.
