Common use of No Press Release Clause in Contracts

No Press Release. Neither Party shall issue any press release or shall otherwise initiate press coverage of the Settlement. If contacted, the Party may respond generally by stating that the case has been settled by mutual agreement and the Settlement was a fair and reasonable result.

No Press Release. 94. Neither Party shall issue any press release or shall otherwise initiate press coverage of the Settlement.
