No Presumption Arising. Although the initial draft of the Loan Documents was drafted by Beneficiary and its legal counsel, Grantor and Gxxxxxx's legal counsel have had full opportunity to review, negotiate and approve the final form of the Loan Documents. Accordingly, in the event of any ambiguity in the construction or interpretation of any provision of this Deed of Trust, or the Loan Documents, no presumption shall be indulged in favor of either party in the resolution of such ambiguity.
