No Presumptions for Ambiguities. Each party hereby represents and warrants that although the initial draft of this Agreement and any exhibits may have been prepared by one party, both parties have been given the opportunity to review this Agreement and those exhibits with counsel of their choice, and have made additions, revisions, and amendments hereto. Therefore, each party hereby covenants and agrees that they are co-drafters of this Agreement and those exhibits such that any ambiguities cannot be construed against any party.
